Individual Help and Resources

ESCA provides support and assistance to the member jurisdictions in a disaster or emergency that overwhelms local resources.  This means that we provide "big picture" coordination but not assistance directly to individuals or families.

As always, if this is a dangerous or life-threatening situation, call 9-1-1.

For other situations, call 2-1-1.  The staff there will provide free and confidential information and referral services.   This is a nation-wide referral number and can be called from any phone.

Information may be found online at:  www.211.org or www.211us.org.
