OUR MISSION: To coordinate and assist the Emergency Services Coordinating Agency member cities
to be better prepared for disaster through mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery activities.

The ESCA Board
The ESCA Board is made up of representatives from each of the member jurisdictions.
The Board meets at 2:00 pm on the fourth Tuesday of every-other month. Meetings are scheduled for: January, March, May, July, September and November.
