to be better prepared for disaster through mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery activities.

Regional CERT Programs
Emergency Services Coordinating Agency (ESCA)
ESCA provides CERT training to member cities' citizens in the north King and south Snohomish counties area. Priority is given to those who live and/or work within the jurisdictions' boundaries.
King County Cities: Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, and Woodinville
Snohomish County Cities: Brier, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, and Woodway.
ESCA's CERT Registration is open now.
Winter 2012 class schedule: January 12 - March 1.
Spring 2012 class schedule: April 12 - May 31
Fall 2012 class schedule: September 13 - November 1
Classes are held for eight, consecutive Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 10:00 pm.
